A. Account registration is not necessary for shopping and placing orders.
A: Once you've created an account, shopping with us will be even easier:
- Save your details for speedier checkout
- Manage your personal data and save your preferred settings
- Make changes to your name or contact information
- View all historical orders from your account
- Track any order you're waiting to have delivered
A: If you’re having trouble signing in, please make sure you’re using the same email address and password that you registered with. Our passwords are case sensitive, so please make sure you have not accidentally left Caps Lock on.
If you forget your password, you can reset it, by clicking on the forgotten password link on the login page. An e-mail containing a link to create a new password will be sent to the email address that you registered with. In addition to checking your inbox for this "create a new password" email, please check your junk mail folder as well.
If you haven't shopped with us in a while, you may need to create a new account.
