We accept credit gift cards from one of the above mentioned credit card providers, however, please make sure that the full amount being purchased is available on the gift card. Our checkout system does not allow for payments to be split on two different cards.

Important Note for Credit / Debit Cards:
The billing address in the Credit and Debit Card MUST match the shipping address.
If the billing and shipping addresses do not match, your order will be delayed until you are able to verify the correct address.
If you choose PayPal as your payment method, your order will automatically be shipped to the address you provided on our website.
If your package needs to be shipped to an address that is different from the billing address, kindly refer to our Shipping FAQ section.
A: No. Moroccan Indigo does not save or have access to your card information. All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted third party payment processors (our third party payment processor uses industry standard 128 Bit SSL encryption).
A: Yes. We occasionally offer discounts in the form of promotional discounts.
A: Our promotional codes will be distributed via our newsletter or posted on social networks (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.).
A: Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply the discount after you have placed your order. Please check that the discount has been applied before you leave the checkout page.
A: No. You can only use one promotional code at a time. If you enter more than one promotion code, the last code you enter will be applied to your order.
A: This will differ depending on the specific promotions. While some promotion codes may be single-use only, others may be used as often as you like. The restrictions will be clearly displayed in the terms & conditions of each promotion code.
A: Yes. We will have other offers that will automatically apply at checkout (e.g.: "Free Shipping for Orders over $400) when you meet the shopping criteria. You may combine these offers with a promotional code as well. Please make sure that your promotional code has not expired when it is entered.
A: The discount will be applied immediately to your order after you enter the promotional code to the shopping bag.
A: There are several reasons why your code may not work:
1. Your promotional code may have expired. Please check the "use by" dates on the promotion code you are trying to enter.
2. You may have entered the incorrect promotional code. Please make sure that you have entered the correct code.
3. You may not have spent or ordered the the minimum required to activate the promotional discount.
