We will honor returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that are received in a defective or damaged state, or that are the wrong length, color, or thickness.
Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 7 days after delivery confirmation. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or return.
To be eligible for an exchange or return within the 7 days after delivery confirmation:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Tags must NOT be removed and must be intact.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return or exchange, we require the following:
- Your email address or Full Name
- Your order #, receipt, or proof of purchase

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if:
- The item received is in a defective or damaged state
- The item received is the wrong color, thickness, or length than what is listed in the actual order.

Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges:
If you are returning an item due to our error, we will pay for the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for the item, as well as additional restocking fees (if applicable).

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund.
There are certain situations where a refund only, partial or full, is granted (if applicable). Any item NOT in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons NOT due to our error, a full refund or partial refund will NOT be granted.
Our policy on issuing refunds only (without a return or exchange) lasts up to 14 days after delivery confirmation.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have received an email confirmation notifying you of the refund approval, but the funds have not been deposited into your financial institution within the allotted days, please contact your financial institution. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Again, please allow 7-10 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund.
If you’ve done all of this, the suggested time has expired, and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We strongly suggest keeping your tracking number so that we can confirm your package has been safely delivered to our shipping facilities. We will not accept responsibility for items returned to our facility without a tracking number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
